ABOUT US
The American Heritage Ornament Series was born out of the firm belief that we should honor those who serve in the military for their service and sacrifice. Since Russ & Vivian Milnes began designing in 2003, their fine ornaments have been sold all over the United States and to Americans who are posted in other parts of the world.
In 1969, Russ graduated from West Point and married Vivian. While serving in the Army, and later with the Air Force and the Department of Defense, they learned what it means to serve our nation.
They were inspired to create a line of ornaments that explains what it means to be an American and to honor those who serve. Each ornament is unique in terms of what it illustrates both in the design and colors. Included with each piece is an explanation of the rich symbolism that is meticulously woven into it.
They have opened people’s eyes to critical American ideals embodied in the U.S. Constitution while commemorating military personnel and their families. Even though we come from different parts of the world with our heritage, we are all still Americans brought together as one nation. This is what these fine ornaments about America are all about. Russ & Vivian look forward to continuing this authentic and patriotic series for years to come.
